This is a forever-in-process and ongoing chronological list of concerts, shows, and performance events that I have attended across a broad range of genres.

This page is far from being complete or comprehensive; it will take quite a while to get it to anything resembling completion and will be a l-o–n—g grind to get there. Most likely, this will be an insomnia project that gets worked on here and there in the middle of the night.

  • Ben Folds, Paper Airplane Request Tour, at the Admiral Theatre in Bremerton, WA (27 Sept), with supporting act Lindsey Kraft
  • Béla Fleck with Zakir Hussain, Edgar Meyer, and Rakesh Chaurasia, As We Speak at the Admiral Theatre in Bremerton, WA (14 July) (an absolutely astonishing experience)
  • Totally Tubular Festival at Remlinger Farms in Carnation, WA (24 Jun)
    • Bow Wow Wow (solid)
    • The Tubes (they were awful)
    • Men Without Hats (a blast, complete with 3x “Safety Dance”)
    • Modern English (really good, will see them again at next opportunity)
    • Tom Bailey of Thompson Twins (very good)
    • Thomas Dolby (great artist on a tough night; his tech was problematic and his set was cut short because of a local curfew)
  • Honk Fest West, various locations in Tacoma, WA (1 June) (the band I play in, Better As Brass, performed at this event and I also got to hear a bunch of other HONK bands)
  • Pearl Jam, Dark Matter World Tour at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA (28 May) with supporting act Deep Sea Diver (great evening from both acts!)
